how to join our trial
In July last year, we launched Margaret’s Trial at UCLH
Led by Dr Paul Mulholland and his brilliant team, Margaret’s Trial is testing whether immunotherapy before surgery can help newly diagnosed glioblastoma patients.
If you know someone newly diagnosed with glioblastoma, please call or email nurse Christina.
It is free, available before treatment begins, and could help us find new ways to turn this devastating disease into something treatable.”
Eligibility
Margaret’s Trial is for people who have been newly diagnosed with glioblastoma and have not yet started treatment.
Patients must be referred before surgery or any other treatment begins, as the trial is testing whether immunotherapy given before surgery can improve outcomes.
If you or someone you know has recently been diagnosed with glioblastoma, please contact nurse Christina as soon as possible to discuss whether they may be eligible. Even if you are unsure, we encourage you to get in touch as early as possible.
